Are you interested in setting up outside for divination readings? *

Witchy Woo Woo LLC will allocate a 2-3 hour window for vendors to provide mini readings inside the yurt. However, divination readers are welcome to offer readings outdoors throughout the day on the lawn. If you choose to read outside, we ask that you maintain a picnic-style setup (i.e., blanket on the lawn) to preserve the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the space. Please note, no 10x10 awnings are permitted. Picnic tables may be available for use, except during the timeframe in which we are serving lunch. Outdoor readings are weather-dependent, as Witchy Woo Woo LLC cannot control the weather. Additionally, guests paid for certain services in the initial retreat package, please be aware that they may not want to miss these services, and Witchy Woo Woo LLC cannot guarantee that readings will be booked.

There may be photographs or video footage taken of the event. By participating in the event the vendor agrees to grant Witchy Woo Woo LLC copyright to any media collected for the use of marketing and promotional purposes.

Vendor Agreement and Acknowledgements *

Vendors participating in the spiritual retreat must submit their application by May 1, 2025. Vendors collecting payment directly from guests must pay their vendor registration fees within 72 business hours of receipt of invoice. A 3% transaction fee will apply to payments made by credit card. Cancellations after July 1, 2025 are non-refundable. All vendors are responsible for their set up, event insurance, and compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Only approved products and services may be offered, and all items must align with the retreat's spiritual and metaphysical focus. By attending or participating in any activities organized by Witchy Woo Woo LLC (the "Company") you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Witchy Woo Woo LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, property damage, or any other type of loss incurred during the event. You acknowledge that you are participating in the event voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand that the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or suitability of the event space, activities, or any associated materials. By attending the event, you agree to comply with all safety instructions, guidelines, and policies set by Witchy Woo Woo LLC, and to take full responsibility for your own actions. This Hold Harmless Agreement shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
